Jaime Maw
 

Jaime has been a licensed real estate agent for over five years and with Rim Chaparral Pines Real Estate for the last four. For her, real estate sales is a calling. She delights in taking a client’s ideas and showing them their dream home, or helping them find the perfect homesite and builder to make their dream home a reality. Born and raised in Payson, Jaime has thorough knowledge of the area.

Jaime studied in Utah, Idaho, and Hawaii and lived for three years in Utah, where she met her husband, Andy, Their love of family sports and travel brought them together and they ultimately recognized the draw of her beautiful hometown.

 

Cecee Poe
Cecee, the newest member of the Rim Chaparral Pines Sales Team, brings with her a wealth of knowledge and more than 30 years of experience in real estate. She has an extensive track record as an onsite sales person in Lakewood, one of the most sought-after, recognized and awarded communities in Kansas City History. Her attention to detail and high level client service is unparalleled, having won numerous sales awards including #1 New Home Sales Citywide, ten years running, Realtor of the Year, and a 5 Star Customer Service Award in Kansas City.
Ernie Russell
 

  

A South Carolina native, Ernie moved to the Phoenix area when he was young. After owning several successful businesses, he and his family relocated to the Payson area in 1995. He retired from Qwest Communications in 2005 to go into the real estate business.

Ernie realizes that every client wants a real estate agent who will get the job done with as little hassle as possible, and that is his day to day goal. Whether he is assisting old friends or new, Ernie has the ability to make everyone feel comfortable during the entire real estate transaction. He takes pride in having the opportunity to introduce Chaparral Pines and The Rim Golf Club properties.

 

Debi Russell
 

Debi was born in Connecticut and started an extensive career in the customer service arena by taking a job with the telephone company after high school. Moving west in 1978, she ventured into ownership of telecommunications companies alongside her husband, Ernie, and also worked other corporate customer service jobs.

Debi settled in Payson, in what she calls one of the best moves of her life. She opened a coffee house and later went to work for First American Title where she served for six years as Marketing Director for Gila County. Debi then moved to real estate sales and functions with her husband as a full-time real estate team. She has two grown children.

 

 Monique Wells
 

A native of Chandler, Arizona, Monique has lived in Gila County since 1996, when she settled with her family in the Payson area. She has been affiliated with Rim Chaparral Pines Real Estate Services since 2002. Monique is highly knowledgeable in the real estate market at Chaparral Pines and The Rim Golf Club.

Monique believes it is paramount that she provides her clients the maximum amount of information to assist them in making sound real estate decisions. Her philosophy is to give her clients honesty, integrity and personalized services that exceed their expectations. She enjoys working with people and offering them valuable information about the lifestyle and investment opportunities offered at Chaparral Pines and The Rim Golf Club.

 

Michael Woolery 

Michael moved to Chaparral Pines after 30 accomplished years in the contract management services industry. He and his family have lived in both Arizona and California and in 1999, he and his wife Sandy moved to Chaparral Pines permanently.

A graduate of Arizona State University, Mike is a results-oriented sales/marketing professional with extensive career in commission sales and sales management. In 2003, he joined the Rim Chaparral Pines Real Estate Services team and brought the same high level of commitment to his real estate clients. Mike continues to serve his many clients in a friendly enthusiastic , and professional manner.

 

Jennifer Kiley,

Designated Broker 

 

Jennifer began her real estate career in 1975 in the advertising department of Tom Fannin and Associates in Phoenix. Since then, she has been involved in nearly every aspect of the real estate business. After obtaining her real estate sales license in 1992, she became a full-time residential sales agent focusing on the Scottsdale and Paradise Valley markets.

Jennifer’s love of Payson’s mountain living led her to Chaparral Pines and The Rim Golf Club, where she quickly became the designated broker for Rim Chaparral Pines Real Estate Services.
